Whole-Grain Rolls with Chicken Fillet, Avocado, and Red Currant

  • 4 oz. Hero Red Currant Fruit Spread
  • 12 oz. smoked chicken filet
  • 1 oz. roasted and slices almonds
  • 5 pc. whole-grain bread rolls
  • 2 pc. avocados


1. Bake the whole-grain rolls in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
2. Slice the avocados.
3. Slice open the whole-grain rolls and spread the bottom halves with Hero Red Currant Spread.
4. Cover the bottom halves of the roll with slices of chicken fillet and avocado.
5. Garnish the rolls with mixed baby greens and almond slices.
6. Place the top halves of the roll on top of the greens and serve.
