Pork Loin HERO Black Cherry Marinade

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Lean Pork Loin
- 8 oz. Hero Black Cherry Fruit Spread
- 2 tbsp. Mustard
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 oz. White wine
- 1 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp. Minced orange peel
- 1 tsp. Fresh chopped rosemary
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large Ziploc bag to create a marinade.
Place Pork loin in bag with marinade and place in refrigerator for 5 hours (turn every 90 minutes).
Drain Pork, but place marinade in a sauce pan.
Roast Pork at 450 degrees for 45 minutes until center is cooked.
Warm the marinade in a saucepan-bring to a low simmer.
When pork is cooked, slice and serve with the marinade.
